Warranty

Every Née carrier comes with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What's covered

• Fabric tearing or fraying under normal use
• Buckle failure or malfunction
• Stitching coming undone at stress points
• Structural defects in the hip belt or shoulder straps
• Zipper failure on integrated storage

What's not covered

• Normal wear and fading from regular use and washing
• Damage from misuse, modification, or accidents
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs) that doesn't affect function
• Damage caused by washing in violation of care instructions

How to make a claim

1. Email Contact@neecarry.com with your order number and photos of the issue
2. We'll assess the claim within 2 business days
3. If approved, we'll send a replacement or repair the carrier at no cost to you
4. We cover return shipping for warranty claims
